What personal data we collect and why we collect it


If you visit our webpage we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you register items on our website using our copyright registration form we will also set up several temporary cookies to save your information and your screen display choices. All cookies last for two days apart from screen options cookies which last for a year.

How long we retain your data

We don’t share any data with any other organisations and we only store clients’ details while they remain clients of ours, which is usually an initial period of 10 years, after which time they have the option to renew their copyright registration for a further 10 years. If a client doesn’t renew their copyright registration we delete their details within 6 months.

What rights you have over your data

You can request details of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information

Your contact information is only used for us to contact you. It is not shared or otherwise distributed with any other company or third party. All data is securely stored for our use only.
