We don’t share any data with any other organisations and we only store clients’ details while they remain clients of ours, which is usually an initial period of 10 years, after which time they have the option to renew their copyright registration for a further 10 years. If a client doesn’t renew their copyright registration we delete their details within 6 months.

You can request details of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
